In the Role

• Effectively multitask and adapt to the dynamic needs of the role while maintaining efficient and timely service.
• Exceed prospective student expectations through empathy, encouragement, and clear communication, meeting and exceeding individual and team enrollment goals.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships by engaging with potential students throughout the enrollment process, presenting tailored education solutions that match individual goals.
• Manage the student journey from inquiry to enrollment while maintaining compliance with all applicable school policies and regulations.
• Communicate with students and internal departments through multiple channels, including phone, email, chat, and CRM systems.
• Exhibit passion for achievement, maintaining an internal drive to succeed with a goal-oriented attitude.
• Clearly educate and inform students on training programs, tuition options, and funding opportunities, ensuring they fully understand their educational investment and career potential.

What We’re Looking For

• High School Diploma or GED required
• Experience in sales, staffing, recruiting and staff a plus
• Driven, goal-oriented, and passionate about helping others succeed
• On-site role, Monday–Friday 8am -8pm business hours, with occasional Saturdays some extended hours as needed.
