MTC Truck Driver Training, the leader in CDL Training, is seeking a qualified instructor to train prospective students at our Cape Girardeau campus. We are looking for experienced Class A CDL drivers with 3 years experience and the ability and desire, to train the next generation of professional truck drivers.

Job Requirements
- Valid Class A CDL License
- Good driving record, No more than 3 moving violations in the last 2 years
- Able to operate a Commercial motor vehicle.
- 3 years Driving Experience.
- High School Diploma or GED
- Must be able and willing to attain an instructor license from a state approving agency as applicable
- Able to Pass a DOT Physical and Drug Screen
- Basic computer capabilities
- Have the ability to effectively communicate and provide training to others
- Good Interpersonal Skills with strong oral & written communication skills
- Leadership abilities needed to motivate & control students’ learning experience
