Job Description

Placement Advisor is responsible for adhering to organization and co-ordination of office operations, procedures, and resources to facilitate organizational effectiveness and efficiency. The Placement Advisor assists in screening for employability, working with selected trucking companies’ representatives to ensure student placement, monitoring customer needs, communicating openly and frequently, demonstrating integrity, and leading by example.

Key Responsibilities

1. Drive increased enrollments through aligned sales, marketing, and enrollment processes.

2. Responsible for all prospective leads/applicants including screening for employability, and applicant assessment as required.

3. As part of the screening/assessment process, will be responsible for verifying driving records, and any other areas necessary to qualify prospective applicants for training.

4. Once the applicant has been qualified and enrolled in training, will be responsible for monitoring the student’s progress to insure graduation and placement.

5. Will work with selected trucking companies’ representatives to insure student placement.

6. Maintain a friendly and competitive environment.

Supervisory Responsibilities:

Placement Advisor is responsible for reviewing and processing prospective drivers to ensure student job placement. Responsibilities include reviewing all applications submitted for review each day and communicating with coworkers and carrier partners to obtain necessary information for job placement.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $35,000.00 – $40,000.00 per year
