We are looking for a driven, organized, and resilient professional to serve as a Placement / Student Coordinator within our CDL training organization.

This is not a passive desk job.
This role requires follow-up, accountability, and strong communication skills.

You will work directly with students and carrier partners to ensure our graduates move efficiently from training into employment. You will also work closely with our internal team to maintain accurate records and strong relationships.

What You Will Be Responsible For

• Coordinating student placement with hiring carriers
• Following up daily with students regarding applications and hiring steps
• Communicating with carrier recruiters and fleet managers
• Making 60 to 100 outbound calls per day to students and carrier partners for follow-up
• Tracking placement activity inside CRM systems
• Maintaining documentation and compliance standards
• Managing multiple moving pieces at once

You will be measured on follow-up, accuracy, responsiveness, and results.

This role requires someone who does not get discouraged easily. You will be working with students who need guidance, carriers who move quickly, and deadlines that matter.

If you are easily overwhelmed or avoid difficult conversations, this will not be a good fit.
