Job Description

MTC Truck Driver Training, the leader in CDL Training, is seeking qualified instructors to train prospective students at our St. Ann, MO campus. Are you a skilled CDL Driver who aspires to mentor the future truck drivers by teaching them safety skills and the best practices of the trucking industry? We are looking for experienced Class A CDL drivers with 3 years experience and the ability and desire, to train the next generation of professional truck drivers.

Full time 2nd Shift Position (4 pm to 2:30 am)

Job Requirements

What We Look For:

Valid Class A CDL License
Good driving record, No more than 3 moving violations in the last 2 years
Able to operate a Commercial motor vehicle.
3 years Driving Experience.
Must be able and willing to attain an instructor license from a state approving agency as applicable
Able to Pass a DOT Physical and Drug Screen
Basic computer capabilities
Have the ability to effectively communicate and provide training to others
Good Interpersonal Skills with strong oral & written communication skills
Must leadership abilities needed to provide instruction, full pre-trip inspection, basic control skills and over-the-road training to students
